Spa Etiquette & Guest Policies

We invite you to arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to unwind, refresh, and transition into a serene state of mind. Complimentary parking is ample and available in front of our spa . New skincare guests will be asked to complete a consultation form, which may be updated periodically to best support your evolving skincare needs.

Each appointment is thoughtfully reserved just for you. In consideration of our team and other guests, we ask that any changes or cancellations be made with proper notice. This allows us to accommodate those on our waiting list and ensures your service provider’s time is respected. ​ Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. Appointment confirmations are sent via email and text 48 hours in advance for your convenience.

Your experience is designed to be intentional and unhurried. Arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment and we may need to modify or shorten your service to honor the time of the next guest. ​ Arriving 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time may result in cancellation and a full service charge, at the discretion of your provider.

For your convenience and to ensure a seamless checkout experience, a card is required to reserve your appointment. You will only be charged after services are rendered. Card capture also supports touchless checkout and efficiency at the end of your visit.
