To ensure the best experience , please take time to make yourself aware of the details below prior to booking services
When you schedule your appointment, you are agreeing to these policies
Arrive 10-15 minutes to your appointment to allow time to refresh and decompress. There is free parking at the west end of the building. New skin care guests are required to complete a consultation form and you may be asked to update your information regularly.
Scheduled treatments are reserved just for you. When you forget or cancel without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and guests on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the treatments they need. I am honored to provide treatments to every guest, so please honor and respect my time too.
Appointment confirmations are sent via email and/or text 48 hours prior to your service. In the event that I do not receive notice for rescheduling adjustments and/or cancellations the following fees will be applied to your credit card on file or invoiced to you:
Notifications given less than 24 hours will result in being charged 50% of the service scheduled
Failure to show up to your appointment will result in being charged 100% of your service scheduled
Late arrivals more than 15 minutes may result in 100% service charge and appointment being cancelled, this is at the discretion of your service provider
When you are late to your appointment, it becomes challenging for me to provide the best experience intended for you. Please be on time to your appointment, otherwise you risk receiving a shortened service.

We are all caring for something and/or someone, I ask that you either turn your phone off or set it to vibrate so that you may enjoy a moment of self-care.
A card is required for booking all services, your card is not charged until services are completed. Card capture is easier, quicker, and promotes touchless checkout.
In the event that you are not able to book for your desired time, you can schedule with the Waitlist option when booking. The best approach to this option is to book an appointment with both a team member and the Waitlist option, this way you are still able to secure a future appointment. If availability occurs, you will be contacted by phone to confirm.
